Hey hey. I'm Sasha.
Digital storyteller,
Photographic narrator,
Hogwarts alum.
In real life, I write things. I speak fluent sarcasm. I'm unintentionally funny. My favorite thing is food. Guac is life. I'm a fountain of the most random information. I'm pretty, only because it's weird to call oneself beautiful. I'm weird in all the good ways. I live in the greatest city on Earth. I was Sasha before Beyonce was schizophrenic.
My life is stranger than fiction. But please, don't take my word for it.
My pen is mightier than my sword.

musings
Truth is, I'm not innocent. I'm just an abstinent fireplace that doesn't wanna feel the fire kindled between her legs anymore so don't mind the ashes. They're just evidence of how brightly I can glow and I wanna glow hard like one dim star on an otherwise starless night that shines just to prove its fidelity.

  tacos & street art
Saturday, June 15, 2013 || 8:34 PM
So as I mentioned in my birthday post, I was hanging out in Williamsburg with some friends and found myself in the middle of a photo shoot. It was pretty cool though. I feel like there are certain places in New York where you can point a camera anywhere and find something interesting and Williamsburg is definitely one of those places. But it was a cool day in the 'Burg. We started at Whirlybird...

Whirlybird is this really awesome hole in the wall spot that makes bangin' breakfast tacos. It is, hands down, the best place I've ever  found in Williamsburg and THAT is truly saying something. There's art on the walls and crates full of records and books in the window and every time I go there, there's an already-read newspaper which I love for some strange reason. I always feel like it was left there especially for me. I've been raving about it for a while now so if you haven't gotten curious yet, get curious. Check it out sooner rather than later, I promise you'll thank me. But enough about food. Onward!

So I don't remember the exact cross streets but we saw all of the street art walking along Roebling Street. We walked from S 2nd Street all the way back to Metropolitan Avenue. We would've walked farther but we were distracted by candy. And then we had to get back to the car before the meter ran out because such is life in NYC. But that was our totally random photo shoot in Williamsburg. Hope you enjoyed it.
