Hey hey. I'm Sasha.
Digital storyteller,
Photographic narrator,
Hogwarts alum.
In real life, I write things. I speak fluent sarcasm. I'm unintentionally funny. My favorite thing is food. Guac is life. I'm a fountain of the most random information. I'm pretty, only because it's weird to call oneself beautiful. I'm weird in all the good ways. I live in the greatest city on Earth. I was Sasha before Beyonce was schizophrenic.
My life is stranger than fiction. But please, don't take my word for it.
My pen is mightier than my sword.

musings
Truth is, I'm not innocent. I'm just an abstinent fireplace that doesn't wanna feel the fire kindled between her legs anymore so don't mind the ashes. They're just evidence of how brightly I can glow and I wanna glow hard like one dim star on an otherwise starless night that shines just to prove its fidelity.

  nothing even matters
Friday, June 22, 2012 || 8:39 PM
These buildings could drift out to sea, some natural catastrophe, still there's no place I'd rather be...'cause nothing even matters to me. -Lauryn Hill
This is exactly how I've been feeling as of late. Because honestly, the Empire State Building could drift into the Hudson and I wouldn't care. All I care about is leaving the city as fast as humanly possible. The absolute worst part about taking a vacation is the last few weeks leading up to it when it's all you can think about and you're just like screw school, screw work, screw all manner of responsibility, I just wanna sit here and daydream about the beach I'll be laying on in the very near future. Productivity is definitely out of the question during this time. And as life has been a constant test lately, it's making me wanna leave even faster. I'm looking forward to making myself scarce, even for a little while, and spending some time with my family. I'm looking forward to having a little quiet time to reflect and figure out what's really bothering me. More than anything, I'm looking forward to letting myself go and just having some good, uninhibited fun with people I care about. Hopefully when I get back, I'll be prepared to finally pass the test life has been throwing at me. Maybe then, I'll only have to deal with the 2nd worst part of vacations: unpacking.
